Pay by invoice at PrintItEasy: here is how it works. Everything about payment methods, invoices and business orders at PrintItEasy.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay by invoice afterwards or by bank transfer. Online payment with iDEAL becomes available as soon as the payment integration goes live. You pay nothing in advance; we send the payment instructions after you place your order.

When do I receive my invoice?

You receive the invoice by email. With payment by invoice you pay within 14 days of receipt.

Can I order for business or on account?

Yes. Enter your company details when ordering. You receive an invoice to be paid within 14 days.

Is VAT included in the price?

The prices shown include 21% VAT unless stated otherwise. In the checkout summary you see the VAT amount specified separately.

How do I change my invoice details?

Are your invoice details incorrect? Email sales@printiteasy.eu with your order number and the correct details and we will update them.

What ends up on your invoice

An invoice is the document that records what you ordered and what you owe: the order description, the number of copies, the amount and the tax charged. If you order for a company, enter your company name and, where you have one, your VAT number while placing the order, so that both appear on the invoice and the document is usable for your bookkeeping straight away. The payment term that applies to your order is stated on the invoice itself.
