    Article 1 - Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following terms are defined as:

    • PrintItEasy: the contractor, located in Culemborg
    • Client: the natural or legal person who commissions PrintItEasy to produce printed matter
    • Agreement: the agreement between PrintItEasy and the client
    • Printed matter: all products to be manufactured by PrintItEasy

    Article 2 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements between PrintItEasy and the client. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.

By placing an order, the client accepts these general terms and conditions.

Article 3 - Quotations and Offers

All quotations and offers from PrintItEasy are non-binding unless a deadline for acceptance is stated in the quotation. A quotation or offer expires if the product to which the quotation or offer relates is no longer available in the meantime.

Prices stated in a quotation or offer are exclusive of VAT and other government levies, unless otherwise indicated.

Article 4 - Delivery and Delivery Time

Delivery takes place at the address specified by the client. Delivery times indicated by PrintItEasy are indicative. Exceeding any delivery term does not entitle the client to compensation.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with PrintItEasy until the moment of delivery to the client or a previously designated representative.

    Article 5 - Payment

Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, in the manner indicated by PrintItEasy in the currency invoiced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the client fails to pay an invoice on time, the client is automatically in default. The client will then owe interest of 1% per month, unless the statutory interest is higher.

Article 6 - Supply of Materials

The client is responsible for the timely and correct supply of all necessary materials and data. PrintItEasy is not liable for errors in the printed matter resulting from incorrectly or incompletely supplied material.

Supplied files must comply with the specifications set by PrintItEasy. PrintItEasy reserves the right to refuse orders if the supplied files do not meet the specifications.

Article 7 - Complaints and Warranty

Complaints about the delivered printed matter must be reported in writing to PrintItEasy within 8 days of delivery. After this period has expired, the client is deemed to have approved the delivered goods.

If a complaint is found to be justified, PrintItEasy will, at its own discretion, replace the printed matter or credit the invoice value.

    Article 8 - Liability

PrintItEasy's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant invoice. PrintItEasy is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, or missed savings.

PrintItEasy is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

    Article 9 - Intellectual Property

The client guarantees that the supplied material does not infringe on the rights of third parties. The client indemnifies PrintItEasy against all claims by third parties for alleged infringement of intellectual property rights.

    Article 10 - Force Majeure

PrintItEasy is not obligated to fulfill any obligation to the client in case of force majeure. Force majeure includes, among other things: strikes, fire, business disruptions, power failures, disruptions in a telecommunications network or connection.

    Article 11 - Applicable Law

All legal relationships in which PrintItEasy is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where PrintItEasy is located.

    Article 12 - Changes

PrintItEasy reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. Changes take effect at the announced time of entry into force.
