What are the delivery times?<\/h2>

As standard you receive your order within 5 to 7 working days after approval of your file. In a hurry? Choose a rush option when ordering.<\/p>

What does shipping cost?<\/h2>

Standard shipping within the Netherlands is free. For rush or international shipping a surcharge may apply, which you see in advance in the summary.<\/p>

Do you also deliver abroad?<\/h2>

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. The exact delivery time and any costs depend on the country.<\/p>

Can I return my order?<\/h2>

Print work is custom-made especially for you and is therefore excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. If something is wrong with your order, we will of course sort it out together.<\/p>

My order is damaged or incorrect, what now?<\/h2>

We are sorry to hear that. Email sales@printiteasy.eu within 7 days with your order number and a few photos of the problem. We will then arrange a suitable solution.<\/p>\n\n\n

Delivery and returns in short<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Delivery and returns are the two moments where a print order can still go wrong, so it helps to know in advance what to expect. Production starts the moment you approve your file, and from that point the clock runs on working days rather than calendar days. If you need your books by a fixed date, read our page on delivery times and rush options<\/a> before you order, so you can pick the production speed that actually fits your deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because every book is printed to order, a print job is not a stock item that can simply be put back on a shelf. That is why delivery and returns work differently here than in a normal webshop: we check your file, send a digital or physical proof where relevant, and only then print. Approving that proof is your real moment of control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When can you return a printed book?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Printed matter that is produced to your own specification is custom-made, so the standard fourteen-day cooling-off period for online purchases does not apply to it. The European rules on guarantees and returns<\/a> make an explicit exception for goods made to the consumer’s specifications. What you keep, of course, is the right to a sound product: if the binding fails, pages are missing, the trim is off or the print quality does not match the approved proof, we reprint or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Report any damage or defect within five working days of receipt and send a photo of the box and the books. Shipping damage is easiest to settle when the packaging is still available. For questions about changing an order that has not gone to press yet, see ordering and changes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avoiding returns: check before you approve<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The cheapest return is the one that never happens. Almost every complaint we see traces back to the source file rather than the press: a missing bleed, an image at screen resolution, or a font that was never embedded.
