How do I place an order?<\/h2>

Configure your book in the calculator on the product page, calculate the price instantly and click Continue to order. You upload your PDF, fill in your details and complete the order. You can also send your files later.<\/p>

Can I still change or cancel my order?<\/h2>

As long as your order is not yet in production, we can often still change or cancel it. Email sales@printiteasy.eu as soon as possible with your order number and we will see what is possible.<\/p>

How do I track my order status?<\/h2>

You receive updates by email. If you have an account, you can see your orders and their status under My account.<\/p>

Can I reorder a previous order?<\/h2>

Yes. Contact us or use the same configuration and files. For repeat orders you do not have to rebuild anything.<\/p>

What is the minimum number of copies I can order?<\/h2>

From just 1 copy. The unit price drops as your print run grows, which you see live in the calculator.<\/p>\n\n\n

Ordering and changes: what is still possible when<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ordering and changes go hand in hand, because a print order passes through a few clearly marked stages and each stage leaves you a different amount of room. Between placing the order and approving your file, almost everything can still be adjusted: the print run, the paper, the binding, even the format. Once you approve the file the job is scheduled on the press, and from that moment a change means starting the production step again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is why we ask you to check the proof carefully rather than quickly. A proof is not a formality; it is the last point at which a typo, a crooked image or a wrong page order costs you nothing. Changing the print run or the delivery date<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The print run is the change we are asked about most. Raising it is usually straightforward as long as the job has not been imposed yet, and the price per copy drops as the run grows. Lowering it is possible in the same window. If you are unsure which number to pick, read determining the right print run<\/a>, which weighs storage and cash flow against the lower unit price of a larger run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery dates work the other way around: the earlier you tell us, the more we can do. Rush production has to be booked into the schedule, so a deadline mentioned at the order stage is far easier to meet than one raised after approval. Cancelling an order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Because every book is printed to order, a cancellation is free until production starts and is settled pro rata afterwards, in line with the European rules on guarantees and returns<\/a>, which exempt goods made to the customer’s own specification from the standard cooling-off period. If your books have already been produced, see delivery and returns<\/a> for what applies on arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For any change, mail us with your order number and describe what should be different. Do not upload a corrected file over the old one without telling us, because the press may already be working from the approved version.
